Ferrocare Machines Pvt. Ltd. is located over in the Gulmohar Kubera Indl. Estate. We take up units 23 to 25. It’s right on Salunkhe Vihar Road in the Wanawadi area. This place is usually humming with activity. We have a good amount of space here, but it fills up fast with the parts and machines we handle. Working in Wanawadi is okay, the commute isn't too bad for most of the staff. Inside the units, things can get pretty crowded when a big order comes through. We aren't big on decorations or anything. The walls are mostly just covered with charts or old calendars. We spend the morning checking what needs to be fixed or sent out. It’s a lot of hands-on work. Sometimes it’s hot, especially in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and keep moving. We’ve been in this estate for a decent stretch of time now. You get to know the people in the neighboring units after a while. We drink tea from the stall nearby twice a day. It’s just a normal routine for us. We don't have a team of people to answer phones all day, so usually, whoever is closest to the desk picks it up. It’s a simple way of running things, but it works for what we do here. There's usually a bit of a breeze if we keep the main doors open, which helps when we're moving heavy parts around.
