Fcc Rico

Chakan is a bit of a journey from the main city, but that is where the real industrial work happens these days. We are at 83/3. The area is wide open and can get very dusty when the wind blows across the plains during the dry season. Fcc Rico is situated right in the middle of this growing hub. It’s a straightforward industrial plot. We don’t have any lush gardens or impressive lobbies to greet people. We just have our workspace and the equipment we use every day to get the job finished. The work we do here is focused and repetitive, which is just the nature of this industry. You see a lot of big trucks on the roads around 83/3, carrying raw materials in and finished goods out at all hours. The sun can be quite harsh out here in Chakan, and the building gets warm, but we are used to it by now. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just about showing up, doing the work at the benches or the machines, and making sure everything is moving along correctly. The team is mostly local people or those who have moved here for the factory jobs. We eat our lunch together and talk about the commute or the weather. It is a no-nonsense environment where the focus is on the daily output and nothing else.
