Farmspace Agro Producer Company Limited is based in Otur, which is in the Junnar taluka of Pune. Our office is actually at Maruti Eknath Pansare’s house, number 3899. It’s located right behind the ST stand. We chose this spot because it is easy for people coming in by bus to find us. Being in a big city office doesn't interest us. Most of the people we work with are from the villages nearby. We spend our days talking about onions, tomatoes, and whatever else is growing in the fields around Junnar. The office is simple, with just enough space for paperwork and some meetings. It can get noisy with the buses going in and out nearby, but we don't mind. The team here is made up of local people who understand the land. Big mission statements or marketing slogans aren't something we use. We just focus on the day-to-day work of moving produce and helping the members. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things get a bit chaotic. We deal with transport issues and weather changes just like everyone else. It’s a practical, hands-on business. No one is trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to make sure the work gets done and the farmers get what they need. It’s a local Pune operation through and through.
