Fantasie Fine Chocolates

We have been set up at Boat Club Road for a while now, specifically in the Naranji building at number 7. This part of Pune is usually a bit quieter than others, which is nice when you are working with chocolate. Fantasie Fine Chocolates isn't a huge operation, just a place where we focus on the sweets. We spend most of the morning getting things set out. The address is right on Boat Club Road, so it is easy to find if you are in the area. We don't really do much besides the chocolates. It keeps us busy enough as it is. Some days the humidity makes it tricky, but we have our routine down. It’s just a regular shop where we try to keep things organized. You can see the Naranji building from the street pretty clearly. We’ve noticed a lot of people walking by during their lunch breaks. Sometimes they pop in, sometimes they don’t. We just keep making the next batch regardless. It’s a lot of tempering and waiting for things to set. It is a simple life here on the road. The street is lined with trees and it feels different than the more crowded markets. We like the spot we have. We just open up the doors and get to work on the orders we have for the day. We don't really have a big staff, so if it gets busy, you might have to wait a minute while we finish something up in the back.
