Falcon Electro Tek Pvt Lmt has a branch here in Pune at K-3, Kanchan Row House, Dsk Ranwara in Bawdhan. Being in a row house makes it feel a lot different than a typical office building. It is a bit quieter around here since it is a residential area. We have set up our workstations in the rooms, so there are computers and electronic testing gear where you might usually expect to see household furniture. It is a bit of a weird setup, I guess, but it works well for the kind of technical work we do. We don't have a lot of walk-in customers since we mostly deal with specific tech projects. The neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going with boxes of components. Sometimes we sit out on the small porch area for a break when the weather in Pune is nice. It is a relaxed atmosphere compared to a big city office. We handle our own emails and packing, so everyone does a bit of everything. There is usually a pot of tea going in the kitchen area. We like working this way because it is less stressful and we can just focus on the electronics without too many distractions. It is just a handful of us making sure the orders are correct and the equipment is working like it should.
