Fact Personnel Pvy Ltd is a small place located in Chinchwad, Pune. Specifically, we are at Rh186 in the Shubham Housing Society, over in Shahu Nagar. It is a quiet residential area, so it doesn't feel like those big downtown offices. We handle personnel work, helping people find jobs and helping companies find staff. It is a lot of phone calls and looking through resumes all day. Pune-19 is a good spot to be in because there are so many people looking for opportunities around here. The housing society is nice, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a headache if you have guests. We started this because we liked the idea of connecting people. It is just a few of us in the office. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big reception desk. Usually, there is just a stack of files and someone making tea in the back. Shahu Nagar has grown a lot since we first set up here. Sometimes it feels like we spend all day just talking to people about their careers, which is interesting but tiring.
