We recently moved our operations to the second floor here in Kavde Nagar, which is in the New Sangavi area of Pune. It is a decent spot for a business like ours. We do recruitment work and help companies find the right staff for their teams. The office is not very big, but it has everything we need to get the day started. We have about five or six desks and some old metal filing cabinets that have seen better years. The 411027 area is pretty busy, so finding a place to park a scooter can be a challenge in the mornings. We do not have any fancy signs or expensive office furniture. It is just a practical space where we can focus on our computers and the phone calls that come in. Sometimes the office gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. We usually take a break around four o'clock to have some tea and talk about things other than work. It keeps us from getting too stressed. We do not use any big corporate talk here. We just try to be honest with the people who come to us looking for work. We have been in Pune for a while and we understand how the local job market works.
