Ez Recruitments

Ez Recruitments is located over in Karvenagar, specifically in Shahu Colony Lane 9. We are working out of Mr. Agawane’s place, which gives the office a very different feel than those big glass buildings in Hinjewadi. It’s a quiet residential area, so it’s actually quite nice to work from here without all the city noise. We mostly focus on hiring and finding people for different job roles. Since we are in Karvenagar, we get a lot of students and young professionals coming by or calling us up. It’s a small operation, just a few of us sitting around with our phones and laptops. We don’t have a big sign or a fancy front desk. People usually find us through word of mouth or online listings. We spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to candidates about what they want to do with their careers. Sometimes it’s hard to find the right fit, but we just keep searching. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we aren't wearing suits every day or anything like that. We just want to help people get into jobs that work for them. Being in Pune 52 is convenient for us, and the neighborhood has a lot of good spots for a quick vada pav during the afternoon break. It’s a simple setup for a simple task that needs a lot of patience.
