Extream Projects Engineerings Pvt Ltd is based out of Jagannadha Puram in the Mulkalapally area of Khammam district. The office is actually located at the residence of N Nageswar Rao’s son. It’s a very local operation in this part of Andhra Pradesh. We handle engineering projects from this home-based office. It’s not a skyscraper in a big city; it’s just a practical workspace in a rural part of the state. We spend a lot of time out on actual sites, so the office is mostly used for paperwork, billing, and planning. There are always blueprints and technical drawings rolled up in the corners of the room. Since we are in a smaller town, everyone knows everyone else. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a shiny glass front for people to look at. We just do the engineering work that needs doing. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow out here, but we manage to get our reports and emails filed eventually. It’s a family-run feel even though we are officially a private limited company. We take our engineering tasks seriously, but we talk to our clients like neighbors because they usually are. Working in Khammam means we understand the local terrain and how things get built around here. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe the work.
