Exl Service

Exl Service is based in the Kharadi area of Pune. Specifically, we are in the Nyati Empire complex. It’s a big place and can be confusing, but we are in the Emerald building, suite 204. Kharadi has changed a lot lately with all the new IT stuff, but we’ve stayed here in Pune-14. Our office is a standard workspace. We have the usual desks, computers, and a small break area. People come in early because the traffic in Kharadi can be a nightmare if you’re late. We handle a lot of different service tasks throughout the day. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the numbers match up. The Emerald building is well-maintained, but our actual office is just a place for work. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. It’s more about the people at the desks getting through their queues. You’ll find us mostly stuck to our headsets or typing away. During lunch, we usually head down to the local food stalls around Nyati Empire or just eat at our desks if it’s a busy day. It’s a fast-paced environment because that’s just how it is in this part of Pune. We’ve been here long enough to see the buildings go up all around us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing in room 204. It's a plain office for plain work. We don't have a lot of visitors, so we just focus on the computer work.
