Exl Service Com

We are based in Pune at C 3 Flat No 6 in Morayanagari Uppar. It is a simple place to work from. We’ve been here at Exl Service Com for a while, and the neighborhood is pretty decent. Pune 37 is where we spend our days, mostly just dealing with the daily grind. The office is really just a flat that we’ve repurposed. It’s got enough room for our desks and a small area to sit and talk. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything fancy. People who need to find us usually know where to go. We keep things low-key. Most of the time, it’s just the sound of keyboards and the fan spinning. We share the space and help each other out when things get busy. It isn't like those big IT parks with cafeterias and gyms. We go out to the local stalls for tea or a snack. It’s more personal this way. We like being in a residential building because it feels grounded. There are no corporate rules about what to wear, as long as the work gets done. We focus on our tasks and try to make sure everything is correct. It’s just a group of us trying to make a living and keep the business going. It’s not complicated, and we don't try to make it seem that way. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished.
