Our place of work is Flat No 11, B 15 in Ganga Village on Handewadi Road. We are based in Hadapsar, Pune 411028. It’s a residential complex, so the atmosphere is quite relaxed compared to the center of the city. We chose this spot for Exl Service Com Pvt Ltd because it’s easy to get to and it’s not too noisy. The office is basically a flat that we have filled with desks and computers. It’s not very big, but it’s enough for our small team to get things done. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a security guard at our door. You just come up to the flat. Most of the time we are busy with paperwork or on the computer. We like the quiet here. It helps us focus on our tasks without too many distractions. There’s a balcony where we sometimes go to get some air.
