Our place is tucked away in Dhankawadi, specifically in the Rakshalekha Society. It is more of a residential-feeling area, which we actually like because it stays a bit quieter than the main Pune city center. We have been here at Sawali 37 A for some time now. Dealing with different business solutions keeps us on our toes every day. The office isn't anything too flashy, just a solid space where we can sit and work through the various projects on our plates. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and say hello, which gives the place that local feel. We started this because we wanted to do things our own way, without all the extra corporate layers you find in big firms. Most of the staff here have their own ways of working, but it all comes together in the end. Traffic around Pune can be a nightmare, so we are glad we have a spot that isn't right in the middle of the worst congestion. We keep a kettle going for tea and mostly just focus on finishing the tasks for the day. It is a mix of different people here, all trying to make the business run smoothly. We do not spend much time on fancy presentations or decorating the walls. It is more about the actual work we produce.
