Executive - Talent Acquisation

We’re located in Chichwadgaon, which is a busy part of Pune with a lot of industrial stuff going on around us. This place, Executive - Talent Acquisation, is basically where we help people find work and help companies fill their spots. It’s not a complicated setup. We spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to folks who are looking for a change in their careers. Chichwadgaon has its own vibe, a bit gritty but very active. Our office is simple. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Usually, it's just a few of us on our laptops and phones all day. It gets pretty busy when there are a lot of positions to fill at once. We try to be honest with people about what’s available. Sometimes the right job isn't there, and we have to say so. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Being in this part of Pune means we see a lot of people from the nearby factories and tech parks. We've been doing this for a bit now, and we know the local area well. It's decent work, helping someone get a foot in the door. We don't use any fancy software that promises the world, just our own experience and a lot of phone calls. It’s a bit tiring sometimes, but it’s what we do. The desks are a bit messy with notes and coffee mugs, but that’s how we function best here.
