We’ve been here in Mumbai for a while now, tucked away and working through piles of resumes every single day. It’s a lot of phone calls and trying to figure out if someone is actually a good fit for a role or if they’re just saying what people want to hear. Our official address mentions a lot of old software like Windows 98, 2000, 2003, XP, and Vista, which sounds pretty outdated and maybe a bit confusing, but that’s just how the records were set up years ago. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and looking at lists of names on our screens. Finding the right person isn't some magic trick, it’s just a lot of checking details and making sure the person on the other end of the line actually knows what they’re talking about. Mumbai is a busy place, and it feels like everyone is looking for a new start or a better paycheck. We just try to help that move along without making too much of a fuss. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and computers and the sound of the traffic outside. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones act up, but we get through the day. If you’re looking for us, we’re right here in the middle of it all. It’s honest work, even if it gets a bit repetitive staring at screens for eight hours. We don’t do big speeches or fancy posters. We just talk to people and try to see where they might fit.
