Executive Search Firm

We have been working out of our office at Flat No 11 in Uttam Enclave for a while now. Aundh is a busy area in Pune and it keeps us on our toes. Executive Search Firm isn't some big fancy place with glass walls. It is just a regular setup where we sit down and look through resumes all day long. People come by or call us when they need help finding staff for their offices. Sometimes the phones do not stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We handle the paperwork and the phone calls that go into hiring. It is mostly about knowing who is looking for a job and who needs someone to work. Being based in Pune means we see a lot of different kinds of talent coming through. We don't have a giant staff here, just a few of us making sure things move along. The address is 155/1/7 if you are looking for the building. It can be a bit tricky to find the first time but once you see Uttam Enclave-1 you are there. We try to be straightforward with everyone who walks in. There is a lot of back and forth in this business. We just do our bit from our little corner in Aundh. It is practical work and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
