Excel Coaching

Up on the eighth floor of Raheja Woods, things feel a bit removed from the noise of Nagar Road below. We are located in West Avenue, and if you look out the window, you can see the HSBC Software building over in Kalyani Nagar. Excel Coaching is basically a few rooms where we have classes throughout the day. The elevators in this building can be a bit slow in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work. We spend a lot of time sitting at the desks, going over math problems or science notes. It’s a clean space, but it definitely looks like a place where people study hard. There are always some bags left in the corner and umbrellas near the door during the monsoon season. We don't have a big reception desk or anything, just a small table where we keep the register. Most of the people who come here live in the surrounding apartments or their parents drop them off on the way to work. It’s a regular routine of ours to prep the rooms before the first batch arrives. Sometimes we stay late to help someone who is struggling with a particular chapter. It’s just how we operate. There’s no big secret to it, we just show up and do the work. The view from the top is probably the part I like most about being in 801 Deregrine. It helps clear the head between the busy study sessions.
