Our small office is tucked away in the Kondhwa area of Pune, right in Mitha Nagar at F 9. If you know Pune at all, you know Kondhwa is a place that’s always buzzing with people and traffic. We’ve been based in this building for several years now, and it’s become like a second home to us. We handle a lot of work related to marketing and keeping up with different client relationships, which basically means we spend a lot of time on the phone or sending out emails. The office isn’t anything fancy. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in at the same time, and the air conditioner makes a weird humming noise, but it gets the job done. We have a small corner where we make tea and coffee, which is where most of our unofficial meetings happen. We aren’t the type of company that has a big polished lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Most of the time, we’re just in our casual clothes trying to keep up with the workload. Things can get a little messy with files and notebooks scattered around, but that’s just how we work. We like being in this part of Pune because everything we need is just a short walk away. It’s a straightforward setup and we don’t really see a need to change it. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our clients happy with what we do.
