Ethos Hr Management

Ethos Hr Management is located on Sinhgad Road in Pune. We are in the Sun Empire building, specifically B-1, Room 704. We’re quite high up, near the Sun City area in Anandnagar. Being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding hills when the weather is clear. We deal with HR management, which basically means we talk to a lot of people every day. The office is a regular Pune flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s got a kitchen where we make way too much coffee and tea. We aren't a massive agency; we are just a small group trying to help people get their careers sorted. Sinhgad Road is always crowded, but once you get up to the seventh floor, it’s relatively quiet. We have a few desks and some filing cabinets that are usually overflowing. There’s no corporate polish here. We wear casual clothes and talk like normal people. Pune 51 is a good place to be based, even with the traffic. We just show up, answer the emails, take the interviews, and try to keep everything moving. It’s honest work and we like the independence of running our own small office in this part of town. That’s really all there is to it.
