Emiratas Group

Emiratas Group is a bit split up between Dubai and India. We have people working in both places. It means some of us are dealing with the heat in Dubai while others are navigating the busy streets over in India. We do not really have one single big headquarters where everyone goes every morning. It is more of a spread-out operation. We use the internet a lot to stay in touch with each other, for obvious reasons. It can be a bit tricky with the time zones sometimes, but we have figured out a rhythm that seems to work for everyone. We handle a lot of different things throughout the week. Some days it feels like we are just managing a lot of moving parts and trying to keep everything on track. The offices we do have are pretty basic. No one is sitting in a gold-plated chair or anything like that. We just have our laptops and our phones. We do not spend much time worrying about how we look to the outside world or anything like that. We just want to get the work finished so we can go home to our families. It is an interesting way to work, having one foot in two different countries like this. We talk to each other across the miles and just try to stay on top of the tasks. It is a lot of coordination and regular effort. It is just us.
