Eminent Baking Private Limited

Wadgaonsheri is where Eminent Baking Private Limited is based, specifically near Konark Splendour. Being at 37/2 Ramnagar means we are right in the thick of things. Baking is hard work and it always starts way too early. The staff usually gets in before the sun is even up. It is not a glamorous job. There is flour on almost everything and the ovens make the whole place pretty warm during the day. We have been in this part of Pune for some time. Ramnagar has its own unique pace. Sometimes the traffic outside is a total nightmare but we manage to work around it. We are not a big corporate chain with people in fancy suits. Most of us are just in aprons or plain clothes. We deal with local suppliers for all our ingredients. It involves a lot of checking heavy bags of sugar and flour. The office part is quite small because most of the space goes to the kitchen. We decided on Wadgaonsheri because it is a good spot to reach different parts of the city easily. People in the neighborhood know us by now. We do not spend much time on the computer unless we absolutely have to. Most of the day is spent on our feet. The air always smells like yeast and sugar around here. It is a busy life but it is what we do. If you walk by, you will probably see delivery vans coming and going.
