Emerson Process Management

We operate out of house number 5 in the Ex-Servicemen Colony over in Pune. It’s a nice area to be in, fairly settled and not as frantic as the city center. Emerson Process Management has been based here for some time now. We use a few rooms in the building for our daily work. It’s mostly desks piled with folders and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a fancy waiting lounge. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working at our desks or talking over a project. We keep things very simple and practical. Our day usually starts with a quick talk about what needs to be finished by evening. We handle a lot of data and coordination, so it requires a bit of focus. Being in Maharashtra, we deal with the usual things like the monsoon rains or occasional power cuts, but we just work around it. We aren't interested in using a lot of marketing talk to sound more important than we are. We’re just a small team of people who know our jobs well and want to get things right for the people we work with. It’s a quiet, steady kind of workplace where everyone knows what they’re supposed to be doing. Sometimes the office gets a little dusty, but we try to keep it tidy enough for when visitors stop by.
