Emcure Pharmaceuticals

Our setup is in Flat No 18 within the Audumbar Society on Paud Road. It’s part of the Bhosari Colony in Kothrud, which is a nice, established part of Pune. Being in a residential society means it’s relatively quiet compared to the main road. We use the flat as our workspace, so it has a kitchen area where we make tea and a living room that’s full of desks. It feels very local and grounded. We aren't some giant glass tower office. We are just a team working out of a regular building where people live. Sometimes you hear the neighbors or the sound of someone’s TV in the hallway. We like it that way because it doesn't feel cold or corporate. We spend our days coordinating things and checking our inventories. The society has some trees around which is nice during the hot Pune summers. Parking can sometimes be a bit of a puzzle for visitors, but we usually manage to find a spot. We’ve been in Kothrud for a while now and most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and head home. It’s a very practical arrangement for what we do. We mostly just focus on getting the right products to where they need to go and staying on top of our daily logbooks.
