Our workshop is at Plot No. 29 in the Tiny Industrial Co-Op Estate. We are situated in Kondhwa Budruk, which is a part of the city that has grown a lot lately. Being in a "tiny" industrial estate means exactly what it sounds like—it is a collection of small businesses all working side by side. Em-Technik India Pvt. Ltd. might sound like a big name, but we are a grounded operation. We work with technical parts and equipment that require a lot of focus and a bit of grease. The estate is always buzzing with the sounds of other people working, which keeps us motivated throughout the day. Our space is filled with tools, parts, and a few old desks where we handle the paperwork side of things. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s where we feel most at home. We have a small team, and everyone knows their role. We don't go in for big meetings or long presentations. We just look at what needs to be done and we do it. The road leading into the estate can be a bit bumpy, especially after it rains, but we don't mind much. It’s part of being in an industrial zone like this.
