We are located in Pune, Maharashtra, and we've been doing this web work for a while now. E-Lixir Web Solutions isn't a massive company with hundreds of employees, but we have a solid group of people who know their way around a computer. Working in Pune is great because there are so many other tech folks around, but we try to just stick to our own tasks. Our office is a pretty simple setup where we sit at our laptops and figure out coding problems or design layouts. It isn’t always glamorous; there are plenty of days where things just don't work the way they should and we have to spend hours fixing them. We don't have any of those fancy slogans or big mission statements that you see on other sites. We just like making things that work well on the internet for the people who need them. Sometimes we stay a bit late to get a project finished, and other times we’re out the door as soon as the clock hits five. It's a very normal office vibe with people drinking way too much coffee and talking about the latest things they've seen online. We've seen a lot of changes in the tech world since we started, but we just keep plugging away at it here in India. It's honest work and it keeps us busy enough throughout the month.
