You can find us over at 27 2 2A Hingne Khurd, which is right near Savitri Nagar on Sinhgad Road. Being in Pune, specifically this area, means we deal with a lot of traffic and the usual city noise, but the apartments themselves are a different story. Elite Luxury Apartments is basically run from the office on-site. We spend a lot of time walking around the property, checking on things, and making sure the gates are working right. It’s a lot of practical stuff like talking to the security guards or fixing a leak that someone reported in the morning. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters in some fancy mall. We are right here on the ground where the residents are. The area around Sinhgad Road has changed a lot lately, with more shops and cars than there used to be. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic outside, but we just focus on the building and the people living here. Our office isn’t anything special, just a desk, some keys, and a few chairs for when a resident wants to complain or ask about something. We don’t use any big fancy systems, just a logbook and our phones. It’s a straightforward job, keeping a place like this running day in and day out. We’ve been at this location for quite a while now and we know the 411 051 area like the back of our hand. It is just our daily life.
