You can find us in Kothrud, which is a pretty crowded part of Pune these days. We are based out of Bakre Apartments, specifically Flat No 3. It’s right near the Shivaji Statue, which is a big landmark everyone knows. The place belongs to Sucheta Bidkar, and we’ve set up our engineering consulting work right here. It’s not a huge office floor, just a regular flat converted into a workspace. We have drafting tables and computers squeezed into the rooms. Being in Kothrud means there’s always noise from the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. We spend our mornings going over technical drawings and checking figures. It’s quiet work, mostly. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. People usually hear about us from other folks in the industry. The stairs up to the flat are a bit narrow, and the parking can be a nightmare if you arrive after ten in the morning. We drink a lot of chai and keep the files organized in stacks because we ran out of shelf space months ago. It’s a real working office where things are a bit cramped but productive. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek lobby. We just want to make sure the engineering side of things is handled correctly. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business in the heart of the city.
