Electromech Engineering

Our workshop is over in Kalyan, at Dudheshwar 1. It’s more of a practical work environment than an office. We have various tools and machinery set up for engineering tasks. The floor is usually covered in some sort of metal shavings or oil, which is pretty much expected in this line of work. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you’re coming from the main city area, but it’s a good spot for a workshop. We have a few guys working here who have been doing this for years. They know the machines inside out. It’s not the quietest place to spend a day, but we enjoy the work. We don't have a dedicated sales team or anyone to answer the phones constantly; usually, whoever is closest to the desk picks it up. Most of our tools are old but reliable. We spend most of the day fixing parts or putting things together. The lighting inside isn't the best, but we have some work lamps for the tricky bits. There’s a small room in the back where we keep the finished pieces and some of the more expensive gear. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up, do the engineering work, and lock up in the evening. There are no fancy mission statements on the wall, just a calendar and some old blueprints. We try to get through the jobs as they come in without making too much fuss.
