Elancer Placement Consultancy

We are based in Koregaon Park, which is a pretty nice part of Pune. Our office is Flat No. A-8 / 13 in the Meera Nagar Garden Society. It’s right on North Main Road, so it isn't hard to find once you get into the society grounds. Being a placement consultancy, we spend most of our time talking to people looking for jobs and companies looking for workers. Elancer has been in this spot for a while. The office feels more like a house because it’s in a residential society. There are trees outside and it’s usually quite peaceful, unless the traffic on North Main Road gets loud. We have a few desks set up for interviews and a lot of cabinets for resumes. It isn't a high-tech operation, just a lot of phone calls and emails. We know the local job market pretty well since we've been sitting here for so long. People often drop by without an appointment, which is fine, we just try to fit them in. The society guards know us by now. It’s a decent way to work, being in a garden society instead of a big glass tower. We keep it simple. There’s no big branding everywhere, just a small nameplate on the door. We mostly just focus on matching people up with work that fits them. It’s practical, everyday work for us and we enjoy the steady pace.
