We spend most of our days here on Sinhgad Road in Pune. It’s right across from the Indian Pipe Company, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Being in National Park II Phase B 1 3 means there’s always something going on just outside the gate. Egwood Boards Panels P Ltd is mostly just a few of us working with wood sheets and heavy panels all day long. Sometimes the dust gets absolutely everywhere, and we have to spend a good hour just cleaning up the floor before we can even think about starting the next job. Pune has changed a lot since we first set up shop here. The traffic on Sinhgad Road out front is much louder than it used to be years ago. Most people just drop by because they saw our sign or heard about us from a neighbor who was fixing up their place. We don't do anything fancy with the office. It's just a functional room with some old chairs and a desk covered in notes. There’s a tea stall nearby where we go when the afternoon gets too long. We keep a lot of stock in the back, so there’s honestly not much room to walk around on busy days. You really have to watch your step around the stacks of boards. It’s hard work, and it makes your hands rough, but it’s what we do.
