You can find us at Flat No 11 in the Roshni Apartments, which is part of the 573 26 Parshwanath Nagar area in Bibewadi, Pune. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here, which we actually like because it isn't as loud as the main city center. Egain Communications Pune has been set up in this building for a while now. The apartment setup makes it feel more like a home than a stiff office. We have our computers and desks set up in the main rooms. Maharashtra weather is usually okay, but we do appreciate the breeze that comes through the windows. Being in the 411007 area means we are close enough to things but tucked away just enough to get some peace. We aren't the type of company that has big signs or a lobby with a receptionist. Usually, one of us just answers the door if someone knocks. We spend most of our time staring at screens and talking through projects. It’s a very informal atmosphere here. We wear what we want and talk like regular people because that’s what we are. There’s no corporate script here. We just know what we have to achieve by the end of the week and we work together to make it happen. It’s a simple, honest way of working that suits us perfectly.
