We are based out of Pune, specifically at Quarter Number P/405/4 on the second floor of Sarvatra Vihar. This is in the MES Colony over in the Khadki area. It is a much quieter part of town compared to the city center, which we actually prefer. Being in a colony means there are plenty of trees and it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office building. Our office is a bit of a walk from the main gate, but it is a nice enough stroll. Inside, the space is divided into a few rooms where we have our computers and servers set up. It is not a very big team here, so we all know each other well and it is a pretty relaxed atmosphere. We spend most of our hours looking at data and making sure all the services we provide are running okay. Sometimes the monkeys from the nearby trees come onto the balcony, which can be a bit of a distraction, but it is just part of being in this location. We do not have a cafeteria, so most of us bring a dabba or go to a small mess nearby for lunch. The furniture is quite basic—standard office chairs and long tables for our monitors. It is a practical setup that works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing without any unnecessary bells and whistles. It is a quiet place to get things finished.
