Being in a flat means it’s a bit cozy and feels more like a house than a stiff office. Modern Colony is a decent place to be, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare if you aren't careful. We’ve been here for some time now and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We climb the stairs, open up the flat, and get the computers started. It’s a quiet atmosphere inside which helps us focus on the online work we have to manage. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who know what we’re doing. Pune weather is usually okay, but the afternoons can get stuffy inside the apartment, so we keep the windows open for whatever breeze we can get. We can hear the sounds of the colony—people walking by, vendors calling out their wares, and the distant sound of traffic. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of environment. We don’t bother with much ceremony here. We just sit down, do the work, and try to keep things organized. If someone needs to find us, they usually just look for the Prayas building. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do, and we’re quite used to it now.
