Our little setup for Eaton Technologies Pvt Ltd is actually inside a residential society. We are over in Wing D, Flat No 8 of the Maitray Baug Society. It’s right near the Kothrud Depot in Pune, which makes it easy for everyone to find us. Working out of a society flat gives things a much more relaxed feel than a big office park. You see the neighbors going about their day while we are inside handling technology tasks. Sometimes the internet acts up or the doorbell rings with a delivery meant for another flat, but we just roll with it. The space is a bit tight with all the computers and desks squeezed in, but it works for us. We aren’t big on fancy titles or suits here. Most of us just wear jeans and focus on the screens. Being near the Kothrud Depot means there is always a crowd outside, but once you step into Maitray Baug, it gets a bit quieter. We handle the tech side of things, mostly software and technical support stuff that keeps us busy from nine to six. It’s a very Pune way of doing business, very grounded and low-key. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist, just a door you knock on. The kitchen area is where most of our brainstorming happens over tea. It’s a plain, honest place to work and we like the community vibe of the society surrounding us. We just keep our heads down and do the tech work.
