We’ve been here in Subhash Nagar for a while now, tucked away in Lane No 1 in Pune. It’s a busy spot, mostly industrial stuff going on around us every day. Eaton Industrial System Pvt Ltd isn't some fancy glass building you’d see in a magazine. We are just a group of people working with systems and parts in a regular office. Most of our mornings start with a cup of chai from the corner and then we get right into the technical bits. Pune 411 002 is home for us, and the neighborhood knows us as the folks who deal with the heavy-duty machinery things. It gets quite loud sometimes with the traffic and the work nearby, but that is just how it is. We don't really do the big corporate meetings. Instead, we usually just talk across the desks to figure out what needs fixing or shipping. The office has a bit of dust because of the area, but the work gets done regardless. Sometimes we stay late when a project is acting up, and other times we’re out early if the rain is too heavy. People come by asking for directions or help with industrial parts, and we try to point them the right way. It’s a simple setup. Nothing too shiny, just a practical workplace where we handle the day-to-day operations. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of this lane. It’s a real place with real workers just trying to make things function properly without too much fuss.
