Eaton Corporation

We are based at Plot No 30, which is the Durwankur Bunglow in Mandar Society. This is in the Padmavati area of Pune, 411009. Working out of a bungalow gives the place a different feel than a standard office building. It’s in a society, so there are neighbors and a bit of a community vibe around us. We carry the name Eaton Corporation, but this specific site is very grounded and practical. We don't have a giant glass lobby. Instead, we have a gate and a front door like any other house in Mandar Society. Inside, we’ve converted the rooms into workspace. It works for us because it’s quiet and we can focus on the tasks at hand. There is always some paperwork to sort or a project to update. Padmavati is a well-known part of Pune, so people generally know how to get here. We aren't doing anything revolutionary; we just show up and do the work that’s expected of us. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and you can hear them through the windows. It’s a very human way to run an office. We don't have any polished marketing slogans to give out. We just handle our responsibilities and try to keep things organized within the space we have. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the workday. We don’t bother with fancy suits or corporate talk. We just focus on the engineering and logistics tasks that come across our desks every morning.
