We’ve been running Eagle Home Appliances Pvt Ltd for a while now from our spot at Natasha Enclave on Nibm Road here in Pune. It’s a busy area, and we’re right there in C2/102. Most of what we do involves handling the usual stuff people need for their houses. It isn't anything fancy. We spend our mornings checking the inventory and talking to folks who come in needing a spare part or looking to get something looked at. Sometimes the traffic on Nibm Road makes getting around a bit of a headache, but we manage. We aren’t a huge corporation with slick offices, just a local team trying to keep things moving. Dealing with appliances means you see a lot of different problems every day. Some days it’s a fridge that won't cool, other days it's something smaller. We just take it as it comes. The office isn't huge, but it fits us just fine. People know where to find us if they need help with their home gear. We keep a lot of stuff in stock so people don’t have to wait too long. It’s hard work, and the days can be long, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running a business in a place like Pune. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just word of mouth and people seeing our sign when they pass by the enclave. It works for us and keeps the lights on.
