Dysmech Consultancy Services is based in Pune, specifically in Vallhab Nagar at the Sukhwani Complex. Our office is actually inside Flat No 9, D1 Orchid Block. It is a bit of a walk up if the lift is acting slow, but it’s a decent place to work from. We’ve been here for some time now, and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at all hours. Mr. Arvind Makhar is the one who handles things around here. Inside the flat, we’ve converted the rooms into workspaces with tables and chairs squeezed in where they fit. It’s a quiet residential block for the most part, though you can hear the Pune traffic in the distance. We do consultancy work, which mostly involves a lot of phone calls and looking at documents. We don’t have a big sign outside or a lobby. It’s just us working in a flat. Sometimes we order food from the local shops nearby for lunch. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which suits us just fine. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture because we’d rather just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Most of the guys here live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad for them. We just try to keep things organized and finish our work before the sun goes down.
