Dynamic Manpower Services

Our office for Dynamic Manpower Services is located at Dais Plot, which is right near the Ganpati Mandir in Gultekadi, Pune. It’s a very local spot, and being near the temple means there is always something going on nearby. We handle a lot of people coming in looking for work, and it can get quite busy on certain mornings. The address is a bit specific, Pune-411037, and we’ve been here for a while now. The space is simple—mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of files. We spend our time talking to people, looking at their resumes, and trying to figure out where they might fit best. It’s not a polished corporate environment; we have people from all walks of life dropping by. Sometimes it’s loud, and sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but we just keep going. We don't have fancy brochures or anything like that. We just talk to the companies and talk to the workers and try to bridge the gap. It takes a lot of phone calls and a lot of writing things down in ledgers. Pune is a growing city, so there is always someone looking for a job or a company needing more hands. We are just here in Gultekadi doing our bit to help people get to work every day, and that is pretty much the whole story.
