You can find us right near the post office on R.C. Road in Khadki. We are at 2/1, and it’s a pretty easy spot to spot if you’re in the Pune area. Dynamic Manpower Services is basically what the name says. We spend our days trying to help people find work and helping businesses find the right folks to hire. It’s not always easy. Some days the phone doesn't stop ringing and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We started this because we saw so many people looking for jobs and didn't know where to turn. We aren't a big corporation with fancy software. We mostly use our notebooks and a few computers to keep track of everyone. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way because we know the people in the neighborhood. When someone gets a job through us, it feels like we actually did something useful for the day. We are just regular people working in a small office by the post office, trying to make things happen for other regular people. It's simple work but it keeps us very busy.
