Dynamic Manpower Pune

You can find us at 687 Amrut Building, right near Gadgil Bridge in the Pulachi Wadi area of Deccan Gymkhana. It’s a very busy part of Pune, and there’s always something happening outside our windows. We deal with manpower, which basically means we spend our time talking to people looking for work and companies that need help. Our office is in an older building, so it has a bit of character, and maybe some creaky floors too. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the address and our name on the door. It’s often quite crowded in here with people coming in for interviews or just to ask questions about available positions. We try to keep things moving along, but sometimes there's a bit of a wait. We don't believe in having a cold, corporate environment. We’d rather have a quick chat and understand what someone is actually looking for. The staff here is pretty down-to-earth. We drink a lot of chai and keep the fans running high during the hot summer months. It's not a fancy life, but we like helping people get a foot in the door somewhere. We've been in this location for a while, and even though the bridge traffic can be a headache in the evenings, we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. It’s a practical place for a business like ours to be situated.
