We run an academy that focuses on NEET and JEE, which are pretty tough exams as anyone around here knows. But we don't try to make it sound like some elite club. It’s just a place to study and get the work done. The office isn't overly decorated. We have desks, some whiteboards, and plenty of books piled up. Most of the time, it’s quiet because everyone is buried in their notes. We are a private limited company, but it feels more like a local tutoring spot. The staff here are just regular people who happen to know a lot about science and math. We don't have a big sales team calling people all the time. Most students come to us because their cousins or friends told them we’re alright. It gets a bit hectic when exam season is near, and we might be here late into the night. That’s just part of the job. Balewadi is a good spot for this kind of thing because it’s easy for people to get to from various parts of Pune. We just keep our heads down and focus on the teaching part. It’s a simple, honest way to run a school. We usually keep some extra pens and notebooks around because someone always forgets theirs during the rush.
