Durva Variety & Gift Shop

If you are looking for Durva Variety & Gift Shop, you will find us at 4 Samarth Residency. We are located on 5th Main, 5th Cross in R T Nagar, which is just off the main Sinhagad Road. It’s a nice residential spot, and our shop is on the ground floor of the apartment building. I like being here because I get to see the residents every day as they go about their business. The shop is a mix of a general store and a gift shop. We keep things like notebooks, pens, and batteries, but also some nice decorative items and toys for children. It’s not a huge space, so we have to be very careful about how we stack things on the shelves. Sometimes I have to move three boxes just to find one specific item a customer wants. The 5th Cross is usually quiet, but the noise from Sinhagad Road still carries over. I spend my days sitting by the window, watching the kids play outside or the cars passing by. We don't have any corporate rules or fancy uniforms. It’s just me in my regular clothes, helping neighbors find what they need. Some days are slow, and I spend my time cleaning the glass cases or organizing the ribbons. It’s a comfortable, local place where you can just stop by for a minute and chat while you pick up a small gift. We usually stay open until the street lights come on.
