We spend our time inside handling the technical side of things and keeping our records straight. It is a small operation, and we like the fact that we can just step outside for a bit of fresh air whenever things get too hectic. The rooms are filled with equipment and boxes, and it is definitely a working space rather than a showroom. We don't really bother with being corporate. We just wear what is comfortable and focus on the tasks we have for the week. Sometimes we stay late if there is a lot to catch up on, but usually, we try to finish up while the sun is still out. It is a practical way to run a business, and being in Talegaon makes it feel a bit more grounded than the big city life.
