Dsk Tricone Infrastructure Construction Ltd is based in the Vikram Building at Sai Corner. We are in Flat No 1 in Sadashiv Peth. This is a very traditional part of Pune, and we like being here. The office is actually a flat, so it has a bit of a homey feel to it. We have different rooms for different tasks. It’s not a huge space, but we make it work. Sadashiv Peth can be very busy with narrow streets, so parking is always a bit of a nightmare. We usually tell people to come by two-wheeler if they can. We handle all the construction logistics from this small office. There are always blueprints rolled up in the corners. We don’t have a receptionist, so if the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door opens it. It’s a relaxed place to work, though it gets stressful when deadlines are near. We’ve been here for several years and the neighbors are used to us by now. We don't do any big marketing campaigns or anything flashy. We just do our jobs and try to stay out of trouble. Dsk Tricone Infrastructure Construction Ltd is just a local business trying to stay busy in a competitive city. That is really all there is to our story. We show up every morning and get the plans ready for the next site visit.
