Down at DRTS INDIA PVT. LTD., things are usually pretty active. We are located at Gat No 596 in Dhok Sangavi. It’s part of the Ranjangaon MIDC area in Shirur. Being in an industrial zone means there are always trucks coming and going. The air smells like dust and machinery most days. We have a decent-sized shed where all the main work happens. It’s not the most beautiful place, but it works for us. We have a small office attached to the side where we keep the records. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it goes in this part of the country. The workers here are mostly locals from nearby villages. We’ve grown a bit since we first moved to this spot, but we still feel like a small outfit. You won’t find any fancy lobby or glass walls here. It’s all concrete and metal. We spend our days making sure the production line keeps moving. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, especially when we have big orders to fill. We usually eat lunch together in the break area and talk about whatever is happening in the town. It’s a simple life focused on getting the job done right. We don’t make a big deal out of things, we just do the work. It’s just what we do.
