Dreams Path Consultancy

We are located in Orchid-8, which is part of the Krishnakewal Township in Kondhwa Khurd. It’s a nice enough spot in Pune, out in the 411048 zip code. Dreams Path Consultancy is what we call ourselves. We spend most of our time talking to people about where they want to go with their lives and their jobs. It’s a consultancy, so there is a lot of listening involved. Sometimes people come in and they aren't really sure what they are looking for, so we try to help them figure that out. The township is a bit away from the main city noise, which is good for having quiet conversations. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just some chairs and desks and a lot of notebooks. We have some plants by the window, but they don't always get enough water when we get busy. We aren't some big firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us here trying to make sense of the job market for our clients. We work regular hours, but sometimes we stay late if someone needs to talk after their own work shift ends. It can be tiring, but it’s interesting to hear everyone’s different stories. We just take things one day at a time and try to give people some decent advice based on what we know.
