We’ve been set up here for a bit, right on the ground level which makes it easy to move things in and out. It’s not a flashy place. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of samples scattered around the floor. It’s a working office, so it isn’t always the tidiest spot. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, we’re just in the back or on the phone. Rasta Peth is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We like being part of the local community here. We don’t really go for all those big marketing slogans you see elsewhere. We just do the work and try to keep our customers happy. It’s a small team of us, and we all pitch in with everything. Sometimes we’re out on site and sometimes we’re here at Pankaj Terrace. We don’t have a big mission statement hanging on the wall. We just show up, do what’s required, and head home. It’s a simple operation and we like it that way. We've been here long enough that most of the neighbors know what we do. If the door is open, someone is usually inside. We don't keep strict corporate hours, but we are almost always around during the day.
