If you head over to B S Dhole Patil Road, you’ll find us in the Millennium Star Extension building. Dr. Ashwin Porwals Healing Hands Clinic is up on the 4th floor. It’s one of those buildings where you have to wait a bit for the lift sometimes, especially during the lunch hour when everyone is moving around. Being on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a view, though we’re mostly looking at other buildings. The clinic has a bit of a different feel than the street level where everything is so loud. It’s a bit more tucked away. We’ve been at this address on Dhole Patil Road for a while now. The name of the clinic is a bit long, but most people just call it the clinic on the 4th floor. We spend our mornings getting the rooms ready and checking the lists. It’s a professional enough place, but we don't wear those stiff suits or act like we’re in a movie. We’re just regular people working here. Sometimes the hallways get a bit cramped if a few families show up at once. We just try to make sure everyone has a place to sit. It’s not a huge office, but we use the space well. The Healing Hands part of the name is something we try to live up to just by being kind to people who aren't feeling great. We just do our work and go home like everyone else. The 4th floor is our second home.
