Dowin Corporation

Dowin Corporation is run out of Flat No. 9 in Building No. C/2, which is part of Guruganesh Nagar. We are right on New D.P. Road in Kothrud, Pune. It is a lively neighborhood with plenty of people moving about all day long. Working out of an apartment building gives things a very different feel than being in a big commercial park. You get to know the security guards and the folks living nearby. Our office is not very large, but we have managed to fit everything we need into it. The daily routine usually involves a lot of phone calls and sorting through various documents. Pune weather can be quite nice, so we often keep the windows open to let some air in while we work. It gets a bit loud when the traffic picks up on the D.P. Road during rush hour, but we have gotten used to it. We keep our operations simple and direct. There is no corporate polish here, just a small team trying to stay organized and get through the to-do list every week. Most of our visitors are people we have known for a long time. We find that being in a residential area helps us stay focused on the actual work instead of getting caught up in the flashiness of the bigger business districts. It is a quiet, steady way to handle our affairs in Pune.
